Referral Bonus
Nurse Referral Bonus Program
True Alliance Healthcare Solutions is always looking for great people. Our referral bonus program for nurses offers between $75(CNA) $100(LPN) and $150(RN) in referral bonus money based on the type of nurse you refer and how many hours your referral works for us. Nurse Referral Program Rules and Terms:

Referrals must be licensed in good-standing as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in New York State.

The referral bonus for an RN is up to $150, the referral bonus for an LPN is up to $100 and the referral bonus for a CNA is up to $75.

Referrals must be submitted via email (truealliancehs@gmail.com) OR via communication directly between you and a True Alliance Healthcare Solutions nurse recruiter.

If your referral already exists as a candidate in True Alliance’s database, then you will not be eligible for any referral bonus.

We will contact your referral in order to introduce them to True Alliance and talk about open positions. Your referral is under no obligation to work with us. If they decide to work with us, you will receive official correspondence from True Alliance confirming your eligibility to earn the referral bonus.

Upon becoming eligible to earn the referral bonus, your referral must complete onboarding paperwork and background check (for required facilities). Your referral must work a minimum number of shifts/hours with True Alliance in order for you to qualify for the bonus payment (orientation does not apply to shift/hours minimum). For full time referrals: Once your referral has completed ten (10) shifts you can earn $150 for RN, $100 for LPN and $75 for CNA. For part time referral: Once your referral has completed eight (8) shifts you can earn $150 for RN, $100 for LPN and $75 for CNA. Shifts worked must be completed within three (3) weeks of the date orientation is completed.

If you qualify for a bonus and you are not a nurse working on an assignment with us, you will be contacted using the information provided on the referral email to confirm your address before any bonus payment is mailed.

This referral bonus program cannot be combined with other referral bonus offers unless explicitly stated.

True Alliance Healthcare Solutions reserves the right to cancel the Referral Bonus Program for Nurses at any time and for any reason.

Referral submissions are only accepted from residents of the United States. The bonus program is not valid outside of the United States
